About the Event:

The Zack Meservey Foundation, in partnership with City of Chattanooga Parks, ChristWay Church and the Chattanooga Track Club, is excited to announce the first annual Not My Child 5k Run/Walk and Community Fair to be held on May 11, 2024 at Ross Landing in Chattanooga, TN. This will be a chip-timed event on a USATF-certified course, yet fun for the entire family. Proceeds will be used to fund scholarship awards and continued community outreach and education.

The Course Route:

The newly-certified (accurately measured) 5K course is an out-and-back starting and finishing at Ross Landing on the Riverfront quayside with dramatic views across the Tennessee River. It starts by going past the Southern Belle riverboat, follows the sidewalk to the right turn just prior to the Spring Suites Hotel, to continue on the TN Riverwalk. The course makes a turnaround before reaching W 19th St then retraces its' steps to end back on the Riverfront quayside. Here's the link to the course map and USATF-certification: Map

About the Zack Meservey Foundation:

The Zack Meservey Foundation was formed in 2015. In its early years, efforts were focused solely on raising awareness of the dangers of substance abuse.
