CTC offers a 16-week training program designed to prepare beginner & experienced runners for the Erlanger Chattanooga Marathon & Half Marathon on March 5, 2017.  Training begins the week of Nov. 14, 2016.

Download a training plan:
  • Beginner Half Marathon - a general training plan for those training for their first half marathon as well as those who are run half marathons before.
  • Experienced Half Marathon - a training plan for those who have run a half marathon in the past and are looking to improve their finishing time.
  • Marathon - training plans for those looking to complete their first or hundredth marathon.
Come out to a group run:
  • Mondays at 6:15 pm from the downtown Sports Barn (301 Market St)
  • Wednesdays at 6:15 pm from the downtown Sports Barn (301 Market St)
  • Saturdays at 7:30 am from the downtown YMCA (301 W 6th St)
Kickoff Celebration
Join us on Sat. Nov 19th at the YMCA following the 1st long run, which starts at 7:30 am. Run, ask questions, and have fun!
