Swim 1.5K (.93 miles) rectangle that is well marked with buoys and patrolled by canoes and kayaks. 

Current water temperature:
Bike

Bike course is pending approval.  The course will be posted in the next five weeks.
Run 10K (6.2 miles) on the Chattanooga State campus and Tennessee Riverpark; mainly flat, one hill and aid stations each mile.

2004 Tennessee State Triathlon Championship

As the state championship, the Dam Triathlon will award the fastest overall

 masters and junior triathletes from Tennessee the title of Tennessee State Champion.

The race will count 102 points in the USAT Southeast Rankings.

Winners must be Tennessee residents (proof of residence is required).
Please use trash receptacles which are provided on the race course.
Participants who litter on the course are subject to being penalized for not
following this policy.
Race Fees:

Individual:  $55.00

Relay Team:  $120.00

 

USAT now requires that entrants bring a photo id with them when they are registering.

Please refer to the official USAT rules concerning the use of wet suites and water temperature.
